Program Overview

Unit 1

Intro to Tech Sales

In the first unit, you will gain a solid foundation in the roles and responsibilities of tech sales professionals. You will learn how to effectively reach out to potential leads and tailor your approach for maximum success. You will also learn how to determine the viability of leads and be provided with an in-depth overview of the tools and resources utilized by successful sales development representatives and top sellers in the tech industry.

Unit 2

The Sales Pipeline

In this unit, you will learn how to build a strong sales pipeline and identify ideal customers using the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) concept. You will also acquire the skills and strategies needed to effectively manage your sales pipeline and drive revenue for your organization. You will be taught how to effectively engage and nurture leads as you guide them through the sales process. By the end of this unit, you will have all the necessary skills to manage and optimize your sales pipeline.

Unit 3

Moving the Deal Forward

This unit will provide you with expertise in your sales tech stack, including CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. You will learn how to conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and develop effective sales techniques. You will also become proficient at handling objections and building strong relationships with clients. By the end of this unit, you will be proficient in using your sales tech stack and skilled at implementing effective sales strategies.

Unit 4

Succeeding in Sales

n the final project of this course, you will learn how to combine everything you've learned to create, manage, and optimize a complete sales cycle. You will also create strategies for time management, surpassing quotas, and achieving success in your first year as a tech sales professional. By the end of this project, you will have the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the competitive tech sales industry.
